Dr. Vicki Harris believes in leading with excellence and it is evidenced through her faith, life, career, and education.  Armed with dual Master's degrees in Business and Human Resources along with two Honorary Doctorate of Humanities Degrees, it is easy to see why the demand for her wisdom is so great.
 
She is a professional, accomplished leader in the human resources field with over 35 years of experience.  While she has earned honors and awards in her field, her crowning achievements are as a believer, wife, mother, mentor/coach, consultant, friend and cultural bridge builder.  She brings an extraordinary blend of kindness and warmth with the ability to achieve excellence in everything she does.

She is also the Founder of Global Women Who Lead Network, a community organization that works to empower, enrich and equip female leaders to build community, sisterhood and to fulfill their purpose.
